Exchange Policy 


• Exchanges Only [Except on Lip Glaze and Stylish Frames - No exchange, no return]

• No Refunds on any product.

• Please provide a copy of your Paypal receipt/Invoice/Email confirmation/Square/CC receipt within the return shipping package

• All items may be exchanged within 3 days of receipt of Jewelry package. When exchanging your jewelry, jewelry must be in its original condition including original packaging.

• If shipping your jewelry back, please return in padded packaged envelope or box…items must be in original condition.

• All packages should be shipped through a traceable shipping company such as USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or other Insured shipping company.

• Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number in case package is lost it will be easily traced

• There are NO exchanges on special orders.

Shipping Policy


•Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. There is a 7-10 day turn-around on orders so shipping times vary depending on the turn-around time and availability of merchandise.

•We offer one type of shipping method for delivery within the United States. Packages are shipped via USPS

•5 to 7 business days is a $7.00 flat rate that will be calculated automatically when placing an order.

•Tracking confirmation is covered in rate.



Repair Policy 

[Only on custom designed jewelry]

•When requesting for SOCIALITE to repair an item it must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender

•SOCIALITE will be happy to replace any discolored hardware/findings, missing stones from crosses, bars or other Crystal hardware pieces one time and up to 3 months after purchase (with proof of purchase). Anything after that you will be charged a repair fee 

(Please Note: If we do not have your particular item in stock it will be replaced for something equal and just as Fabulous) 

•Please provide a copy of your Paypal receipt/Invoice/Email confirmation/Square CC receipt within the return shipping package

•Please include a padded self-addressed envelope with prepaid postage when shipping your item back. It must be shipped though a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Express, etc. 

•Most repairs will be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Stylish Frames Repair 

  • SOCIALITE will repair Stylish Frames by way of replacing missing screws only. Broken Temples (side arms), Lens, Scratched Lens, Nose Pad Arms or Broken Bridge are considered damaged and will not be repaired.

Socialite Jewelry Care Instructions  [Only on custom designed jewelry]

  • Socialite uses semi precious stones on all CUSTOM DESIGNED bracelets, so storing them in a  jewelry bag is strongly suggested. 

  • Please avoid perfume, water, lotion, perfume, or other harsh chemicals; coming in contact with can change the color of your stones and metal findings accents.

  • To avoid cracking or chipping please avoid dropping.

  • Some jewelry is made with stretchy string which can break if not handled with care; please avoid pulling while removing or putting on for adornment.

  • Please use a jewelry cleaning cloth to clean your bracelets. Do not use soap/water or jewelry cleaner to clean your costume fashion jewelry.

  • Stylish Frames are delicate, so please be sure to always keep in a safe place to avoid breaking.

  • NEVER wear jewelry in the pool, lake, river or ocean. It is recommended that you bath, shower, go swimming, workout in your SOCIALITE jewelry.

  • To assist in making your costume jewelry last and look it's best, store in closed plastic bags individually, use the non-tarnish strips and clean after wear.
